HWC Concrete was founded in 1992 by Howard Will. With 15 years prior experience, Howard then spent the following decades building HWC, one load of concrete at a time.
His son Brent Will, who grew up in the business with 25 years of experience, joined HWC as Vice President in 2018.
Today, HWC Concrete remains committed to our clients and continuing to build our reputation of quality craftsmanship, backed by integrity and service.
